Tala Bashmi. The winner of the MENA’s Best Female Chef Award will take guests through her unique ideas around culinary creativity and bust some myths about Bahraini cuisine

Izu Ani. Arguably one of the most successful people in MENA’s gastronomic ecosystem, Ani settled in Dubai to launch LPM in 2010 and now runs multiple restaurant concepts, including the stand-out Mediterranean-inspired Gaia. Over the course of his 20-year career, Ani has united the MENA region through food and he plans to share all of his learnings at #50BestTalks

Will Goldfarb. The World’s Best Pastry Chef 2021 and one of the stars of the seminal Chef’s Table TV series, Goldfarb will explain his innovative approach to dessert creation and explore the healing power of plants and how we can harness this in food

Kamal Mouzawak. As the newly crowned Foodics Icon Award winner, founder of Lebanon’s first farmers market and creator of the Tawlet restaurant concept, Mouzawak’s mission is to change the world through gastronomy

Guests at the event will also be part of 50 Best’s inaugural ‘Falafel Off’ discussion outlining the history and ingredients of emblematic falafel from different parts of the MENA region
