The Laughter Factory’s

‘Money CAN buy happiness tour’

Anyone who claims that ‘money can’t buy you happiness’ needs to purchase a ticket to the Laughter Factory. You don’t need to buy a Ferrari or go trekking through a rain forest, just some brilliant live stand up comedy and a room full of open minded people and (yes you’ve guessed it!) ‘instant happiness!’

To ensure this happens, fans of Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights will remember tiger- faced young Kenny who has just helped raise a whopping 5 million pounds for comic relief, Justin Moorhouse is a seriously impressive live stand up comedian who can rival any household name when it comes to making a room full of people sit up and beg for more.

Dominic Holland is not your average comic, this exceptional writer has several best selling books and never fails to deliver a unique set that has just popped into his head. Yet sounds like he’s been performing it for years. Dominic should be hailed as the undisputed ‘King of improv’

Finally bring your party hat, your silly hat and your clever hat and wear them all, while Funmbi Omatoyo takes you into some ridiculously new mental territory.

This night of fun will make your pants wet in a good way.

Dominic Holland

Multi-award winning, Dominic Holland has been a professional comedian for more years than he cares to recall.

With countless television and radio credits, including multiple appearances on HAVE I GOT NEWS FOR YOU and THE ROYAL VARIETY PERFORMANCE, as well as THE NEWS QUIZ, Dominic has written and performed four BBC Radio 4 series including the THE SMALL WORLD OF DOMINIC HOLLAND which won a Comic Heritage Award.

A Perrier Best Newcomer and Award Nominee, Dominic has performed seven solo shows at the Edinburgh Festival, most recently in 2018 and he continues to tour the UK and beyond with his unique take on life. Described by The Sunday Times as ‘the UK’s master of observational comedy‘ and by The Daily Telegraph as ‘a top notch stand-up who everyone should see.

Despite Dominic’s best efforts and his considerable achievements in show business, the cruel reality is that he has been severely out-starred by his eldest son, Tom. Tom Holland is 22 and is better known as Peter Parker and even better known as Marvel’s Spider-Man. Dominic accounts for his son’s meteoric and ‘overnight’ success as a fluke in his hilarious book, Eclipsed which is available in hard and digital formats.

Dominic has published four novels, Only in America, The Ripple Effect, A Man’s Life and Open Links, all of which can be purchased at Amazon and he will publish his latest novel, I’Gabriel this summer.

Dominic has written for The Guardian, The Daily Mail, Mail-on-Sunday, The Independent, The Sun, Daily Mirror and a raft of trade journals.

He has written comedy material for household names like Sir David Frost, Bob Monkhouse, Harry Enfield and Lenny Henry. He has written key-note speeches for CEO’s and sports celebrities and he wrote two episodes of WARREN for ITV, the UK’s very first fully animated sit-com.

He is married to Nikki. They have four sons and a dog. They live in West London, in a house which is messier than he would like and where laundry is a constant bone of contention.
