Abu Dhabi Festival Youth Orchestra: Emirates Youth Symphony Orchestra

The UAE’s brightest young musicians will showcase their unique talents, performing a repertoire of Beethoven, Camille Saint-Saëns and George Bizet, conducted by Maestro Riad Kudsi and featuring young virtuoso violinist Guido Felipe Sant’Anna e Silva. 16-year-old Sant’Anna e Silva, from Brazil, began studying violin at age 5 and played his first solo concerts at age 7, going on to become the first Brazilian and the first South American selected to participate in the globally recognised Menuhin Competition. EYSO’s mission is to cultivate the talents of local and expatriate children in the UAE and provide young musicians with opportunities to showcase their abilities in public performances.

• Doors open @7:30pm, performance will start @8:00pm
• Performance Duration: 90 mins (with 20 – min intermission)
• Age Restriction: Must be 6 years and above
