Delivery Methods

This Delivery Methods incorporates our Purchase Policy by this reference.

Different combinations of delivery methods may be offered, depending on factors that include the venue, how much time is left before the event starts, whether it is a holiday season and the nature of the demand for the event. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process. If a particular method is not offered, it is not available for your event.

When tickets become available, we generally use the following delivery methods:

Each method has its own requirements but all methods except Regular Delivery require you to produce identification and collect tickets in person.

Secured Delivery

Your tickets will be delivered to you by Aramex. You will be charged a non-returnable fee which is added to the cost of the tickets for your event. Secured Delivery is available to most locations in the UAE (See Out of Delivery Areas).

When delivery is due, Aramex will call you and ask for your complete address and set up an appointment.

On delivery, you will be required to present one of the following valid original government photo identification documents to receive your tickets:

  • Labour Card
  • Driving Licence
  • National ID
  • Passport

Tickets will only be delivered to the person who made the purchase. Aramex will not release tickets if the name on the ID does not match the name used to purchase the tickets. Aramex will not release the tickets to your driver, the maid, your family or any other deputy, even though they have your valid identification.

We make every effort to ensure that your tickets are delivered to you three days prior to the event. If you have not received them by then, please email us immediately on hotline@800tickets.com. In the normal course of business, tickets are delivered within 10 days of the date they become available to us.

If Aramex fails to deliver the tickets for whatever reason, the tickets are returned to us and can then be collected at the venue Box Office. You may contact us and request another delivery. If there is sufficient time, we will arrange redelivery but at an additional delivery charge.

There is no refund for any delivery charges or order processing charges.

Regular Delivery

Your tickets will be delivered to you by Aramex. You will be charged a non-returnable fee which is added to the cost of the tickets for your event. Regular Delivery is available to most locations in the UAE (See Out of Delivery Areas).

When you order your tickets online, you will be asked for a physical delivery address. Aramex will deliver to this address and attempt to deliver to you in person. However, if they cannot, the tickets will be left at the address. No identification is required for delivery and this method is less secure.

Venue Box Office

For most events, you, in person, may pick up your tickets at the designated Box Office at the venue of the event on the day. Box Offices are run either by us or The Promoter of the event and ticket collection procedure varies. However, the following advice usually applies.

Venue Box Office opening times can be found on your Order Confirmation. For most events we advise you to arrive early to avoid long queues.

To get your tickets, you will need:

  • Order Confirmation Number
  • One of the following valid original government photo identification documents:
    • Labour Card
    • Driving Licence
    • National ID
    • Passport.

Tickets may only be collected by the person who made the purchase. The Box Office will not release tickets if the name on the ID does not match the name used to purchase the tickets. The Box Office will not release the tickets to your driver, the maid, your family or any other deputy, even though they have your valid identification.

There is no refund if you, in person, fail to pick up your tickets or you do not produce the required valid identification.

800Tickets.com Office Collection

For some events, when the tickets are ready, they can be collected from our office prior to the event. Please contact us for further details. To get your tickets, you will need:

  • Order Confirmation Number
