Our goal at 800Tickets.com is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so that we can get you on your way to the event as smoothly as possible. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process. This Purchase Policy incorporates our Terms of Use by this reference. Each ticket that you purchase is a licence to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket or as stated by The Promoter of the event.

All ticket prices are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams. All purchases are made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams.
Payment Methods
Tickets can be purchased online using valid Visa, MasterCard and JCB credit cards only. Your bank might charge you an additional amount if you are using an international credit card.
Pricing and Availability
800Tickets.com acts as the ticketing agent to The Promoter of an event, the person or entity that is responsible for organizing and running the event for which you purchase tickets. This means 800Tickets.com does not set the ticket prices or determine seating allocations, except under limited circumstances.
Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, Retail Locations and Box Offices. All distribution points generally access the same ticketing system and inventory. Therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available prior to the event. However, 800Tickets.com does not control this inventory or its availability.
Student Discounts
At times, The Promoter might offer discounted rates for students. Student discounts are only available to students with valid original student photo identification documents. To collect your tickets, you will need:
- Order Confirmation Number
- Valid original student identification documents
Note: If you fail to produce a valid original student photo identification document, 800Tickets.com, in its sole discretion will ask you to pay the full price of the tickets.
Order Confirmation
Once you have submitted payment information online and your ticket purchase is successful, you will see an Order Confirmation page online. You will also receive an Order Confirmation via email to the email address you supplied on the online booking form.
The information contained in the Order Confirmation is important and you should keep it safely. The Order Confirmation contains a unique Order Confirmation Number which should be quoted in any correspondence and it will be required for you to collect your tickets when they become available.
If you do not receive an Order Confirmation (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information for any reason (but especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information), you must contact us to confirm that your order has been placed. If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online.
800Tickets.com is not responsible for any loss you may incur if you fail to contact us before the event and in due time to remedy the situation.
Ticket Limits
When purchasing tickets on 800Tickets.com, you may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This limit is posted during the purchasing process and is verified with every transaction. We do this to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. If you manage to buy more tickets than the ticket limit in any way, and in our sole discretion, 800Tickets.com will cancel the purchase and refund the ticket value to the credit card used for the transaction.
When you place an order online, so that we can reduce the instances of fraud, we may contact you for verification and request photo identification. If we suspect fraud for any reason, and in our sole discretion, 800Tickets.com will cancel the purchase and refund the ticket value to the credit card used for the transaction.

Opening Acts / Festival Acts
If opening acts or guests accompany headline performers, The Promoter does not, and we cannot, guarantee either who is to open or guest at a performance. Both opener, guest and timings are subject to change and cancellation at any time and there is no refund if this happens.
Also at festival events there are often many individual performers and no particular headline performer. Both The Promoter and 800Tickets cannot guarantee that any individual performer will appear or the associated timings of their performance. Individual performers at festivals are subject to change or cancellation at any time and there is no refund if this happens.
As a condition of sale, tickets are not refundable, and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. By making your purchase, you agree to this condition. Please carefully review your event before you buy.
Once you have your tickets, keep them safe. The above condition of sale means that lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced or refunded and you may not gain admittance to the event.
By purchasing the ticket, you agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid or circumvent the above condition of sale in any way. You also agree that you will not contact 800Tickets.com to seek a refund, return or exchange. Nor will you dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the credit card company used to make the purchase. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled and 800Tickets.com may, in its sole discretion, take any measures necessary to ensure that any pending ticket sales are cancelled and that you are prevented from buying tickets in the future. The only possible exception to this policy is if an event is postponed or cancelled. See Cancelled and Postponed Events below.
Cancelled and Postponed Events
Special conditions apply if an event is postponed or cancelled. These conditions are set by The Promoter and vary from event to event. 800Tickets.com will contact you either by phone or email to explain the procedures and conditions required by The Promoter for a refund or exchange if it is due. When we contact you, we will use the contact details you provided at the time of booking. To get any refund or exchange due you must adhere to the procedures and conditions.
Please note that refunds, when made by 800Tickets.com, are made only to the credit card that was used for the online ticket purchase for the value paid for the ticket.
Delivery charges, order processing charges, and other bank charges associated with your credit card are not refundable.
800Tickets.com will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
Pricing and Other Errors
If the amount you paid for a ticket is incorrect for any reason, regardless of that reason, 800Tickets.com will compensate you if you overpaid; require you to pay the difference if you underpaid, or cancel the ticket. If the ticket is cancelled, a refund will be made at 800Tickets.com’s sole discretion.
If you are able to purchase tickets before the scheduled sale of tickets start, 800Tickets.com reserves the right to cancel the tickets. If the ticket is cancelled, a refund will be made at 800Tickets.com’s sole discretion.
Multiple Browser Windows
Please ensure that you use only one browser window to look for tickets and place an order online on 800Tickets.com. Using multiple browser windows can cause your session to time out and other errors that could mean that you lose your tickets.
Promoter’s Ticket Terms and Conditions
Every Promoter has its own set of terms and conditions that also apply to your purchase. We strongly advise that you check The Promoter’s Terms and Conditions. What follows is commonly included:
- The Promoter reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly or is not dressed according to UAE Law / Custom and Practice.
- You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event.
- You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they meet any age restrictions set by The Promoter. No refunds will be made to purchasers who are refused entry due to not meeting the age limit.
- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes
Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by The Promoter.
- UAE custom and practice does not permit the wearing of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council national dress (hijab, burqaa, kandora, ghutra or eqal) to events where alcohol is on sale. There is no refund if you fail to gain admission to the event.
- UAE law does not permit the sale of alcohol to anyone under the age of 21.
Liability Release
By purchasing a ticket for an event through this website, you agree that you attend the event at your own risk. You and your heirs also agree to release, waive and discharge 800Tickets.com and any of its associated and affiliated companies, their officers and staff (beneficiaries), from any liability that arises from your attendance of the event and agree that you and your heirs shall not sue or make any claim against the beneficiaries for any loss, damage or injury you incur attending the event howsoever caused.
